I'm teaming up with Zappos to celebrate Keds' 100th milestone anniversary with a crisp and versatile spring outfit that takes me from here to everywhere!

I've been trying to be much more productive on the weekends, mainly out of necessity as there never seems to be enough hours to check off everything on my to do list. We're heading to Asia in less than a week and our house renovation is still under heavy construction which means a gazillion errands orbit around those two big projects. Typically when I'm crunched for time, I throw on a pair of sweats and head out the door but my ladylike navy Keds has inspired me to look more like a lady even when I'm in errand running beast mode.
To draw out the lady in me (believe me, sometimes it's hiding!), I paired my Keds with a short sleeved button up top that reveals just a peek of a nude lace bralette and my favorite new midi skirt. It has the perfect A-line fullness and the high waist is so silhouette flattering! Typically I don't wear sneakers with a skirt but Keds is grounded in feminine heritage as their shoes are shaped narrower and curvier than other sneakers, perfect for my comfortable yet ladylike weekend look. I ended my Sunday of errands at my parents' house where my Mom asked if I'd just come from a party. Yes Mom, I just came from a party at Lowe's where I learned the difference between grades of sandpaper preceded by a huge rager at Behr where I danced it out while learning to distinguish between eggshell and high gloss sheens.
I purchased my Keds at Zappos, the ultimate destination for the best customer service, free and fast shipping (I received my shoes in two days!), and hassle-free returns. And take it from a shoe hoarder like myself, Zappos houses every pair of shoes!
