friday we finally received our first good amount of snow of the season. it didn't stop the hubby and i from going out after work though. we enjoyed some yummy dinner at pf changs, did a little shopping, made some purchases at loft, and jeremy enjoyed a shoeless foot massage at brookstone (i guess i know what i'm getting him for his birthday!). saturday, i tried my first attempt at making homemade chicken noodle soup (which turned out great!), then spent the evening with some lovely friends catching up, and i ended with wind burn even though there was no wind outside. these frigid temps can pass please! then yesterday, sporting some hot pink lipstick, i did some more shopping in canada at ikea with my mom. several hours later i came home with some lovely new items for the house, and made myself some toast for dinner because it's the best toast ever!
