We recently visited Bordeaux, which has turned out to be a lovely city. It is full of stunning architectural beauty. The weather wasn't very nice, but besides all the rain we still had a great time.
In the heart of Bordeaux is Rue Sainte-Catherine. I learned that this pedestrian only shopping street has 1.2 kilometers of shops, restaurants, cafes and it is also one of the longest shopping streets in Europe.
