I lost 3 more pounds! That’s 24lbs since starting on January 2nd.

  • I’m running for the first time in my life. I can run at least 13 minutes without feeling winded or drained.
  • I really try to fuel my body with food. Pleasure from eating is not my only goal.
  • I try to eat clean - fresh veggies, organic meats and dairy. But I still indulge in ice cream and some higher quality junk ;). We don’t eat out very often - I cook all the time.
  • I eat the same breakfast and lunch most days, with little tweaks here and there.
  • Water water water water water.
  • I have more energy. I’m more aware of my body.
