Wedding Mirror Seating Chart: Behind the Scenes

I finally got the opportunity to develop a seating chart on a mirror. I have always thought them to be very elegant, but also versatile. They can be dressed up or down. I also think they make gorgeous menus.
I had the challenge of executing one on the rooftop of Navy Pier for a wedding occurring the same day. I was nervous about handling the mirror prior to the event, hence the same day service, but in hindsight, I will have to bite the bullet next time and take the risk. Way too much going on during wedding day which is not only distracting, but it also adds stress to an already stressful process. The below graphic takes you though my process and I offer tips and tricks.
