How Do Our Customers Use Wedding Cake Fragrance Oil in Bath and Body Products?
First, bath and body products engage in a romantic dance of cleansing and sweetness when made with Wedding Cake Fragrance Oil. Handmade perfumes perform well with this fragrance when a maximum of 5% fragrance oil is used. Homemade lotions can be created using this fragrance Oil. We recommend lotion recipes use no more than 5% fragrance oil. Homemade cleaning recipes can also be created using a maximum of 5%. Bath bombs, gels, and oils perform nicely when the maximum recommendation of 5% fragrance oil is added.
Also, soapmakers can use 5% fragrance oil in hot process soap, melt and pour soap, or cold process soap recipes. Our cold process soap testing results show that this fragrance oil performs nicely in soap! There was no acceleration, ricing, or separation. Cured soap discolored to a dark chocolate color and maintained a good scent retention. This discoloration is likely contributed to by its 10% vanillin content. Vanillin contributes to the discoloration of soap, which can be partially prevented by using Vanilla White Color Stabilizer. Vanilla White Color Stabilizer will help reduce the effects of soap discoloration, but will not always completely prevent it. We do not make a color recommendation for this scent. If you wish to color your bath and body products, you may use liquid soap dye in the amount that satisfies you.

It does nicely in Joy Wax, Wow Wax, and even Pillar of Bliss. We do not make a color recommendation for this fragrance.
