There were way too many really clever, funny captions for the judges to choose from. It is my personal belief that many more captions deserve to be among the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-place winners.
However, the FOTM writers duly voted, each for what he/she considered to be the best (#1) and second-best (#2) captions. Each #1 vote is worth 3 points; each #2 vote is worth 2 points.
