Can you keep up? Our life all get so busy and we forget to have a little break here and there.

We all need to party a little, after all the hard work and running around, choosing to live in the now is more than exhilarating, but also fulfilling. When you choose to live in the now, you savour each passing moment with full awareness, make memories that will last you a lifetime.
How many times have you sit and enjoy an evening with friends, without checking your phone, viber, whatsapp and emails?
How long has it been since you go out for a hike alone and spend some time with you? Listening to the voices in your our head, and letting it all sink in? walk around your city and take in all its beauty as if you are new there and your survival depends on it? I am not telling you to drop all your work and be some irresponsible party animal, but I am suggesting that you also remember you are a social being.
Your attributes as a social being consist of socialising, meeting new people, reaching out to get acquainted and off course party with them too once in a while.
