We are looking for a Project Technician to join our busy team in Manchester.

About the role

Zeven Media are leaders in the photo booth industry and specialists at providing digital and social media experiences to brands such as Selfridges & Co, Ferrari, Breitling and Adidias. They recently secured an investment from business tycoon Deborah Meadan from their appearance on BBC’s Dragons’ Den.

As part of Zeven Media’s growth they are looking for additional members to their team based at their Headquarters in Manchester UK.

Job description

  • Salary: £14,000 – £18,000+ pa
  • Hours: 35 hours per week (10am–6pm, Mon–Fri)
  • Immediate start

You will be in charge of making sure all equipment is tested and working before leaving to a job. You will help answer all technical questions our clients will have to help proceed with a booking. You will need to use your creative ability to come up with ideas and ways our clients can best utilize our equipment. You will assist our Sales team in creating bespoke experiences for our clients. You will make regular visits to our clients to make sure they are happy with the products Zeven Media are providing. You will service our products that are in venues on a permanent basis.

Requirements & experience

  • Ability to work with computers and a variety of software
  • Ability to learn how to use new software quickly
  • Ability to use social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Ability to use or learn to use technology including cameras, printers and other photography equipment
  • Ability to handle phone calls with clients
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to deal with tasks under pressure
  • Ability to stay positive, calm and enthusiastic even when faced with technical difficulties
  • Familiar with working in a team environment
