Water Keeps Your Skin and Hair Hydrated

By Dusana Bozenkova
Staying hydrated is important for healthy hair and skin. Water helps flush out toxins and waste products from the body, also moisturizes your skin from the inside, making it more youthful looking. It won't happen overnight, but just a week of drinking a healthy amount of water, you can see positive effects on your skin. Drinking at least 8 glasses of waterper day will keep your skin moisturized and help eliminate toxins effectively.
You can also get water from fresh fruits and vegetables.

- It is also good for your hair, because water help condition your hair.
I love drinking water, it's my favorite drink. I know it doesn't really have a flavor, but I feel good after drinking it.
As I already mentioned, water keeps your skin and hair hydrated. It also cleans out your system.
From now on, always make sure to drink enough water. Try to have an extra glass of water for every glass of alcohol/cup of coffee you take, to prevent possible dehydration.
However, if you are having so much excess water, it could be very dangerous. When you consume too much water, the level of an important mineral, sodium, can drop too low. This is known as hyponatremia.
Symptoms of hyponatremia include: confusion, disorientation, nausea and vomiting.
