Tesla, the American electric car manufacturer recently announced an update to its Model S dubbed P85D. To show off the power of its dual electric motors, folks at Drag Times have decided to test the P85D against its predecessor P85 in a very quiet drag race.

With 691HP the new Model S P85D puts the old P85 with 415HP to shame. The new Tesla car can speed up from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.2 seconds with a top speed of at 155 mph.
