Warren Haynes (Gov’t Mule, Allman Brothers Band, The Dead) teamed up with roots folkies Railroad Earth for his new album Ashes and Dust. Warren plays a lot of acoustic and slide guitar, foregoing his signature jammed out bluesy guitar licks. One of the album tracks, Spots of Time co-written with Phil Lesh and a live favorite, is streaming on Consequence of Soond.
Ashes and Dust will be released on July 24, 2015 via Concord Records. Pre-order it from his website. All orders will come with an exclusive download or disc version of bonus live tracks.
