This is what made the woman in charge of Obamacare, Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius, even uglier than what she already is:
A copy of the book, Web Sites for Dummies, given to Sebelius by Republican Tennessee State Senator Brian Kelsey, to help her with the constantly-crashing Obamacare website, HealthCare.gov.
Way to go, Senator Kelsey!
