I like art that depicts authors and stories or poems by authors, which explains my love for Waterhouse and all his masterpieces (see many previous posts).
Here is another depiction of an author in art, one Edgar Allan Poe,
painted by B.J. Rosenmeyer, which is just about all I can learn about the painter online.
Since today is Poe's birthday, I wanted to post this here and celebrate him.
It's also perfect for January reverie. I love that he walked.
