Avocado Hummus Turkey Waffle aka AHTW
I don’t know what was up with Mr. Bread today, but he was so depressed. He was so sad that he actually turned blue! Either that, or my bread went mouldy.
I wanted lunch. Real bad. My dilemma, you see, was whether to wait for my iced bagel to defrost or improvise something else. Because there wasn’t much time before I woud faint from food deprivation, I followed through with the latter!
Quickly, I whipped up some hummus, sliced an avocado and heated up slices of turkey. And obviously, toasted some waffles! Thankfully, they served as pretty decent vehicles for all the other ingredients. Everything managed to stay intact during consumption.
Lunch: DONE.
