This new technology introduced for Volvo Trucks can constantly do 360 degree scans of its surroundings and suggest the driver actions to avoid collisions. The system uses a set of sensors, radars and cameras placed around the truck to do its scanning and make suggestions. And it even has the ability to take control of braking and steering, if the driver fails to take actions in time.
As amazing as it looks, Volvo says that it could take about 10 more years to get this technology integrated into trucks.
