A few weeks ago we were visiting Japan. It's the travel experience that has moved me the most.
Visiting Japan was a dream come true.

Words cannot express how beautiful this place is. We went during cherry blossom season, the most beautiful and the most popular time to visit. We started with Tokyo, continued to Fuji-Kawaguchiko, one day trip to Nara and our last stop was 5 days in Kyoto.
Today I would love to share with you some of my photos from Kyoto.
Nishiki Tenmangu Shrine

One of the highlights of our trip to Japan was our stay in a traditional ryokan. The house was beautiful with lovely garden and fish pond. The villa was right below the philosopher's walking trail surrounded by cherry blossom trees and temples. It was a perfect zen paradise.
Kyoto is a heaven for photographers. It is famous for it's numerous Buddhist temples, imperial palaces, shinto shrines, traditional wooden houses, bamboo forest. It is full of incredible trees and also wonderful gardens.
There are many things to see and do. It is a place full of hidden romantic spots. Geishas (Geiko) are a common sight around town.
