Are you ready for Thanksgiving? Today I went shopping after putting together the menu for the big day: Cornbread dressing (with veggie sausage and granny smith apples), baked yams with marshmallows, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, cranberry compote, mulled/spiced wine, turkey (pre-baked - vegetarians don't cook turkeys!) pumpkin pie, dinner rolls... Whew!It is a holiday tradition that I make the entire dinner, by myself.
