Video: My First Walk in the Black Mountains

By Ollypj @OllyPJ

I’m about to begin writing up a memorable walk from the middle of December. It was my first time exploring the Black Mountains in Wales, having already visited the (central) Brecon Beacons three times along with a few walks in the Wye Valley.

If you’re interested in watching my seven-minute video beforehand, you’ll find it below. I’m slightly disappointed (and surprised, actually) that it hasn’t received more views. Some of you may have already seen it but I’m quite certain many of you haven’t.

All feedback and thoughts are welcome. I don’t normally use ‘electronic’ music in my videos but I think the first track works really well, here. One day, I’ll get myself a new camera and resolve long-standing audio issues. I’d also like a half-decent PC to make the video-editing process easier… Currently using a ‘repaired’ camera and six-year old laptop.

Please subscribe to Olly Outdoors (my second channel) if you haven’t already done so.

Thanks for reading and for watching.
