Watch Nottingham based pop-noir bandVictory Lap perform Faults to the Silver Screen, a track from their debut EP Torch Songs: "There is a thin line between pathos and being pathetic, but they manage to keep it under control, rolling with the self-inflected punches. Wrapped in the lush arrangements that were all the rage in the late 60s it is very stylish cry for help and a plea for compassion. Changes are that the other party won't be moved, but if so, that is their loss."
