Victorville Historic Society Celebrates Ribbon Cutting

The following is an event summary of the Victorville Old Town Route 66 Historic Society’s Feb. 12 ribbon cutting ceremony by the nonprofit’s president, Barbara Powers:

President Barbara Powers was honored to cut the ribbon for the new nonprofit on February 12. She was flanked by Treasurer Sharon Foster and Secretary Cynthia Moreno, and long-term member Margie Simpson, who were all happy to receive certificates from Congressman Cook, County Supervisor Lovingood and Assemblyman Donnelly.

Guests were treated with songs by the Hi Country Harmonaires and refreshments.
