Veggie Hot Dog Roll

When you have some left over puff pastry, you could make some of these Vegetarian Hot Dogs covered in flakey crispy puff pastry. Now we had some variations going on in my house hold – with my son wanting brown sauce inside, daughter wanting mayonnaise and the hubster wanting tomato ketchup!

Ingredients:
8 Vegetarian Hot Dogs
1 Large Onion
1 Tbsp Oil
Ready Made Puff Pastry
Cheddar Cheese with crisp onion

Cut up an onion and fry over medium heat with oil until cooked and browned.

Roll out the puff pastry and slice into squares

Spoon a little onion, add a vegetarian hot dog, sprinkle on a little cheese and add sauce of choice.

Roll the pastry around the hot dog and crimp the sides with your fingers.

Bake in a 200c oven for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown and serve hot!
