Are you trying to cut diary out of your diet? You can still have some healthy delicious pancakes made with only 3 ingredients, yes only three! Apple, oats and almond milk - as easy pie!

Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients
200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
50g Oats
1 Apple

Vegan Pancakes

Add all three ingredients to a good blender or vitamix.

Vegan Pancakes

Blitz at high speed until the mixture is smooth.

Vegan Pancakes

Heat a pancake pan and spray with a little oil, add small ladle of batter into the pan. Cook until you see bubbles forming and setting to the top.

Vegan Pancakes

Flip the pancake over to cook the other side.

Vegan Pancakes

Serve and enjoy the pancakes.
