The debut EP from dream pop newcomers VEDAS was released last week, and we’re very pleased to share one of the glimmering tracks from their first batch of music. The rich, meticulous arrangements in “Cairo” are evidence that Exhume was a labor of love for the Washington, DC-based duo. Alex Lee’s chilling vocals topple over ominous synths and Andrew Monbourne’s subdued percussion, creating a supremely woozy effect.
