What Does Vanilla Pear Fragrance Oil Smell Like?

Vanilla Pear Fragrance Oil from Nature’s Garden is a delectable fragrance oil consisting of sweet, rich notes of French vanilla and juicy sun ripened pears.  There is a reason that this Nature’s Garden Original Fragrance gets such good reviews!  The scent is irresistible!

How Do Our Customers Use Vanilla Pear Fragrance Oil in Bath and Body Recipes?

First, this fragrance oil is rich and luxurious, creating an unmatched experience when used in bath and body products.  Gels, bath bombs, and bath oils were found to do well when the maximum recommendation of 5% fragrance oil is added. Vanilla Pear Fragrance Oil is a juicy, sweet vanilla scent that is sure to please!  Also, handmade perfumes perform well with this vanilla fragrance when a maximum of 5% fragrance oil is used.  Homemade lotions can also be created using this scent as up to 5% of your total recipe.  Lastly, homemade cleaning recipes can also be created using a maximum of 5%.

Soap makers can use 5% fragrance oil in hot process soap, melt and pour soap, or cold process soap recipes.  Our cold process soap testing video shows that soaps made with this scent discolor to a dark chocolate color!  There was no ricing and no acceleration.  This fragrance did separate, but reabsorbed.  Cured soap had a good scent retention.  A contributing factor to the discoloration of soaps made with this fragrance is the 8% Vanillin content of this fragrance oil.  Vanillin contributes heavily to the discoloration of soap, but incorporating Vanilla White Color Stabilizer may help reduce the effects of this discoloration.    If you wish to color your soaps, you may use green liquid soap dye in the amount of your choosing.  Remember not to use candle dye in any of your bath and body products as they are not body safe.

How Do Our Customers Use Vanilla Pear Fragrance Oil in Room Scenting Recipes?

Next, Vanilla Pear Fragrance Oil can be used to create juicy, luxurious room scenting products!  Those creating homemade air fresheners can incorporate up to 50% of this fragrance oil in their projects.  You can use this sweet fragrance oil in incense, smelly jelly recipes and scented aroma beads.

Additionally, candles and wax tart recipes can be made using up to 10% fragrance with vegetable and paraffin wax.  It does nicely in Joy Wax, Wow Wax, and even Pillar of Bliss.  If you wish to color your wax products, we recommend using 1 drop of green liquid candle dye or a small amount of shredded green color block per 4 pounds of wax.  Finally, do not use crayons to color your candles, they will clog your wick.
