Valentine’s Day is almost here! Love it, hate it, and/or use it as an excuse to drink good beer! These Colorado breweries are pairing beer with chocolate, bacon, cookies, truffles, and cupcakes. Opt for a multi-course meal with beer, try your hand at painting, speed dating, or even making your own voodoo doll. Whatever you choose, you can’t go wrong with great beer and great company at any of these events!

Before dinner, after dinner, instead of dinner, treat your date, your bestie, or yourself to our insanely amazing beer and chocolate pairings.
Denver’s very own Chocolate Lab is creating some amazing, artisanal chocolates paired with 5 of our favorite beers.
$20 gets you 5 amazing sweet treats paired with 5 4oz beers.

7-10 pm: My Bloody Valentine’s Day Dinner at Goed Zuur
Come and join us for a paired dinner of 5 beers with 5 courses. Tickets are $75 + tax with gratuity included.

Bourbon Aged Imperial Stout with Dutch cocoa powder, cacao nibs, and French sea salt.
We saved our most decadent, most chocolatey, most rich Vladislav variation for this special day. So come treat your sweetheart, a friend, a stranger or just yourself to this chocolate confection.

5-10 pm: Valentine’s Day Bottle Release & Cupcake Pairing at Baere Brewing Company
Join us in the taproom on Valentine’s Day for some delicious beers and tasty treats. We’re teaming up with Buttercream Bakeshop once again with 4 cupcake/beer pairings for $18 pre-sale or $20 the day of the event.
We’re also releasing two beers that have been a long time in the making and we couldn’t be more excited. We took four oak barrels of our mixed culture sour brown and aged them further in freshly emptied Laws Whiskey House barrels for up to 9 months. After this aging we blended them and aged some of the delicious nectar on freshly harvested Palisade Bing Cherries. We’ll have bottles of both variations on tap and available in 375mL bottles to go for $12 a piece.

A royal Valentine’s Day celebration…
Thursday, February 14th at 6pm, join us for a romantic evening featuring city views, music, drinks, dancing, and a king and queen’s buffet spread prepared by Head Chef Mario Moser.
Back for its second year, this intimate Valentine’s Day engagement has very limited seating – get your tickets today.

7-9 pm: Cerveceria Colorado Valentines Speed Dating at Cervecería Colorado
Calling all singles! Who is looking for love? Or perhaps just a fun night out and the opportunity to meet some new folks?
Join us for Cerveceria Colorado Valentines Speed Dating.
Put your phones away for an hour and meet people IN PERSON! We need 12 muchachos and 12 señoritas. Our hosts will have some starter questions for you as well as an incredible line up of Mexican-inspired craft beers to help break the ice.
Once everyone arrives and gets settled, the gents will move from lady to lady every three minutes. Simply jot down your potential cuties at the bottom of your scorecard provided to you and we’ll take care of the rest. For those who garner matches, you will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours of the event ending of your ‘Date-Mate’ results so you can take that cutie out! Once the event has ended, feel free to stay as long as you would like to try another cerveza and mingle further as well.
Tickets are $15 and include your first beer, appetizers, and the opportunity to meet 12 new people in a fun, casual, and unique atmosphere!
2-10 pm: Scarlet Sour Cherry Stout Release at City Star Brewing
Scarlet returns to City Star this Valentine’s Day! The 2019 vintage of Scarlet is a blend of sour stout aged in oak barrels for 2 years, sour imperial stout aged in oak barrels for 2.5 years, Michigan Montmorency cherries. Soured with lactobacillus and pediococcus bacteria as well as brettanomyces yeast. The beer has a velvety smooth mouthfeel. Luscious waves of cocoa roll along the tongue, and the cherry sweetness rounds out the sour flavor profile.
7-9 pm: Valentines Paint&Sip Night at Dry Dock Brewing Company
It’s Valentines day!!! What better way to celebrate a day of love but with us and a beer at Dry Dock’s South Dock!!! Your First Beer is on us!!! Grab your date, bestie or even just come alone and meet some new people! Scorned lovers of Denver unite! Hang with us on Valentine’s day and we’ll provide materials to make your own clay effigy doll for our Valentine’s Revenge Party. Just wait until you get home to inflict the pain and suffering.

Pairing of one flight of Dos Luces beers (Six 4oz tasters) with three chocolate bars from Cultura chocolates and three chocolate covered fruits.
6:30-8:30 pm: Pints & Pies Dinner Pairing at Red Leg Brewing Company
Please join us on February 14th from 6:30-8:30 for a Pints and Pies dinner pairing featuring 3.14 Sweet & Savory Pi Bar! Dinner will include a welcome beer, three courses, and a half pint for each course. This is a 21+ event.
