Kalamitykelli
I am a woman who lives in Norman Oklahoma. I love to can as a hobby. I have a full time job and do this on the side. I use my grandmother's recipes that I learned by her side when I was young. I have tons of experience and love to help new canners learn to preserve food. I can answer your questions and offer suggestions. This blog is for those, like me, who are domestically impaired and just want to do something that will help future generations practice the retro kitchen arts. I am also looking for an agent to publish a book I have written on the same subject!
