2nd Act Health
http://www.2ndacthealth.com/
We believe in Patient Empowered Health. What is that? There is a reality to healthcare – and that reality involves caring for larger populations with more chronic diseases. There is also the reality to the rising costs for medical treatment and advancement. We promote the move to patient-centered care, but also recognize that the patient must lead the way in his or her health – by making choices to improve, restore, and safeguard his or her current health state and those within the family.
