Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion

I’m finally getting around to reviewing my Beautybay order from over a month ago. One of the products I purchased during the Black Friday sales was the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion. Before purchasing this primer, I have been using MAC paint pot in Painterly which worked really well for me but as a blogger we constantly love trying new products.

Once you experience its powers (plus how smoothly it glides on – an added bonus) you’ll never want to live without it”. Sounds pretty good doesn’t it??

The primer comes in a squeezable tube, so you are able to control how much you apply and in my opinion is much more hygienic. The older packaging had an application wand which means you had to apply directly to the eyelids.


What I like about the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion:

• The packaging is mega cute.
• A little product goes a long way.
• Great price.
• My eyeshadow lasts the whole day in normal weather conditions. In 30+ degree days, creases started after a few hours for me.
• I got the original formula which dries transparent and won’t affect your eyeshadow color.

The original primer is so amazing that I’m planning on purchasing the other primers in Eden, Greed and Sin. The MAC paint pots work really well on me but I guess if I had to pick between the two, I would pick UD primer. Why? Because I feel like it is lighter on my eyelids compared to the paint pots.
