Sorry about the long gaps between updates at the moment, school has started again and I had completely forgotten about how manic it actually is. Added to that, I've started my art gcse coursework (the origin of the photo above) and the sheer amount of painting, drawing, photography, research etc that we are expected to do is seriously weighing me under. We basically get to choose whatever we want to do for the coursework part of the year, which was incredibly exciting but also nervewracking at the same time. It felt like a kind of life or death choice, overstatement I know, but I've now settled despite being one of the most indecisive people ever and am excited to see what directions it will take me. (If you would like to see little bits here and there, tell me down below and I will pop them on every so often).
Obviously underneath I love it all but I just need time to adjust. This year at school is a pretty big one as I am going to be taking all my gcse exams, I've done a lot of my controlled assessments already but this my academic work is probably going to kick up a notch more than I am used to so I can't promise that I will be publishing posts as often as possible, sorry. This probably wasn't the most interesting thing to read, I kind of just spilled excuses onto the page but I hope you will forgive me. I will still be trying to post at least every week but I wanted to let you know the reasons!
