Getting bored in lockdown? Do not worry Jharkhand, here is a lockdown challenge for you all.
The Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHM), Ranchi, along with Jharkhand Tourism is hosting the Jharkhand Cookey League Season 2.
IHM is an Autonomous Institution of the Department of Tourism, Art Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs, Government of Jharkhand.
The first season of the cookery league was a massive success and was widely appreciated by the renowned chefs of the country. Delighted by the positive response, the institute has announced the second season of the cookery show.
The rules are simple, the participants are required to prepare the dish, shoot a video, click a picture, and upload, latest by 20th May 2020.
The winners of the competition will be announced on or before 27th May 2020 and will be rewarded with cool hampers. The best part is, there will be no entry fee for the competition.
The recipes prepared must be from the following categories
- A traditional dish of Jharkhand
- Indian Vegetarian / Non-Vegetarian dish
- Baked food (Sweet or Savoury)
- Dessert (Indian or Continental)
