Unknown Mortal Orchestra Performed at Central Park SummerStage [Photos]

Psychedelic disco/rock outfit Unknown Mortal Orchestra played SummerStage last week, and though it poured, the rainstorm didn’t stop fans from gathering at Rumsey Playfield to catch their incredible set. The band began with “From the Sun,” and played tunes from their previous three albums: Unknown Mortal Orchestra, II, and Multi-Love. Midway through the set, frontman Ruban Nielson jumped into the crowd and danced with fans, and the band ended the show with a rousing version of “Can’t Keep Checking My Phone.”
