If you've been hanging out here for awhile, you know I LOVE crafts and DIY projects. When I discovered these uCreate craft boards from Carolina Pad, I couldn't wait to get started!
My first attempt consisted of using scissors and as you can see, it did not work. Until I had time to go out and get an X-Acto knife, I decided to use the board for a photo prop.
I poked holes through the top fairly easily with scissors, and ran ribbon in and out of each hole. Voila, we have a kissing booth! Here's Bubba setting up!
Once I got an X-Acto knife, my life was easier and things got a lot more fun! I decided to create some decor for Bubba's playroom!
I hot glued white board on top of the orange board and used a permanent marker for the black detail.
To hang them, I used command strips!
The possibilites are endless with these boards! They can be used for school projects, 3D posters, craft projects, and photo mounting.
The bright colors make them super fun to create one-of-a-kind masterpieces that will stand out from all the rest. They are lightweight, easy to cut and you can use markers or paint on them.
Each board costs around $6 and you can find them at Staples and Walmart stores nationwide!
What would you do with these boards? I'd love to hear your ideas! Be sure to head to www.carolinapadstore.com and enter the code "UCreateDIY" for 20% off . It expires on April 15, 2013.
I received these boards as a gift for a product review. I received no other compensation. All opinions expressed are my own.
