Ubisoft 'furiously working' to resolve bugs & frame rate issues in Assassin's Creed Unity
Ubisoft is "furiously working to resolve bugs and performance issues for Assassin's Creed Unity on all platforms", the publisher has said.
The update comes via a new Assassin's Creed Unity Live Updates Blog which aims to keep players up to speed with the latest info on the publisher's efforts to fix the open-world action game.  "We wanted to touch on the fixes to the game that we're working on right now," explains today's blog.
After checking that players have downloaded the Day 1 update, the blog moves on to the next game update which aims to fix the following:
  • Arno falling through the ground.
  • Game crashing when joining a co-op session.
  • Arno getting caught inside of hay carts.
  • Delay in reaching the main menu screen at game start.
Ubisoft also says it is looking into fixing other issues players have reported, although exactly when they'll be addressed isn't clear. These issues include:
  • Frame rate issues.
  • Graphical and collision issues.
  • Matchmaking co-op issues.
  • Helix Credits issues.
"We will be providing additional details in the coming days, so check back for updates. In the meantime, please continue to send us your feedback, and leave a comment if you have any questions for us," concludes the AC Live Updates Team.
