Nine months ago, LA synthpop trio Superhumanoids released their debut EP, Exhibitionists, which blew up their name and helped them land touring gigs with the likes of Local Natives, Grouplove and Cold War Kids. Now the three are back again with more of their cutting synths and icy vocals. After releasing a B-side/remix collection this past spring, the trio (made up of Cameron Parkins, Sarah Chernoff and Max St. John), have just dropped a double A-side with two of our new favorite songs, “Come Say Hello” and “Hey Big Bang”. The tracks show off Chernoff’s frosty vocals as they roam around the sporadic beats and queasy synths of St. John and Parkins. Their multi-instrumentalist approach, along with Chernoff’s powerful voice, presents a formidable follow-up to all the great music these three have created in the last year.
