- Twitter accounts should not be decisive or misleading.
- Zero spam.
You are not eligible for Twitter's ad revenue-sharing program if you have a Twitter Blue verification badge without an active Twitter Blue subscription.
Elon Musk has said that Twitter's legacy Blue Verified is a deeply corrupted system so it will sunset in the coming months.
