The earlier method of tweeting via Google Plus was a bit crude and a bit complicated, but as we wait for the Google+ API to reach developers these workarounds are the only way out.
We found a better and a simpler way to tweet from Google +, and it includes a two-minute setup and your posts would soon be tweets on your twitter account.
Manageflitter has a new tool which would tweet all your public posts to twitter, that can be modified to tweet only the ones with #twt hashtag just to make sure you don’t flood your twitter account.
The app is neat and clean, the setup is darn simple. Here how it goes,
Paste your Google+ Profile link > Connect and Authenticate your twitter account > Tweak the Advanced settings ( optional ) and Voila!! You are done!
Anything beyond 140chars would be tweeted with the original post link.
Since, the Google + API is still not out there is one bit of a problem, the tool keeps checking your public posts and then updates your twitter from your account and this might take from 5 mins to 1 hour of your Google+ update.
