On April 17, 2014, TV cameras caught a shadowy human-like figure speeding across the screen during the soccer match at Hernando Siles Stadium in La Paz, Bolivia.
People in the crowd don’t seem to notice the figure.
The Heavy reports that the ghostly figure may be a soccer player “double exposed on the camera.”
