Turning Over a New Leaf With Organics to Skin Care

My 2013 Skin Scare

As the year slowly draws to an end,  it’s time to take a look back at what went good, what went okay and what went badly. Most importantly what we can make better as we enter a brand new year.

Well…I can admit that 2013 was a horrible year for my skin. Even with my essential skin care products, I experienced the most breakouts and scarring ever. I’m sure much was my fault – stressing over work, stressing over things I can’t change and,  my favorite, stressing over stressing.

Is a 30-Day Resolution Possible?

Besides my New Year’s resolution to reduce the amount of stress I choose to take on, I’ve also decided to try out a new, 30-day skin care regimen. I’m only dedicating and investing in 30 days at the moment because that’s typically how long it takes to see a difference in your skin and whether or not the products are worth continuing.

Organics to Clear Skin by Juice Beauty

I’ve settled on by Juice Beauty – an organic skin care company which uses apples’ natural alpha hydroxy acids in their products. Their blemish kit was priced great at $39 ($55 value) and included everything I needed for beginning a new skincare system: cleanser, serum, moisturizer and clearing peel.

I’ve already ordered my kit online from Juice Beauty but you can also find it for the same price ($39) at beautorium and beauty.com.

I will do a full, thorough review of the kit after using it for 30 days. So be sure to stay tuned for that review as well as my ongoing quest for better skin in 2014!
