Meshing real instruments with electronic sounds, Hands come out with a fantastic new album kicking off their partnership with Kill Rock Stars. They have been making music on their own for quite some time, making appearances at SXSW and in Time Magazine, Hands is a seasoned band.
The first few seconds of this song had me excited and after that, I was moving in my chair and pulling up everything about them on my laptop. I had around 7 tabs open in 3.56 seconds flat. I love their electronic loops stacked on other electronic loops with great drums and strong bass; Hands is a fantastic example of where music seems to be going. A mix of the old and new schools, all while making me move and smile.
