Trivia Q&A: August 9

By Theomnipotentq @TheMightyQuinn
We had a great night of Trivia on Wednesday night, as 20 teams turned out and it was lively all night. We had a close race throughout, and the top six teams were separated by just 6 points going into the final round. But the team of DIMS, who have won on many an occasion, pulled out a one-point win, getting a total of 49 points. (My apologies to everyone on the goof up with the Album of the Year Grammy question. It was another faulty source, and the Mighty Quinn regrets the error. It turns out that not only Taylor Swift won it twice, but Adele did, too. So everyone who answered with either answer got credit for it. I'll be more careful next time.)
Second place went to Team Kim Jong Poon with 48 points, and third place went to Terms and Conditions with 42 points.
