Shooting photos is my favourite part of my work.
I didn't get out as much this year, but it was still hard to narrow down my choices to just ten.

This was one of those shows where I got home and didn't like anything I'd shot. Funny how a little sleep can change your perspective. It's not entirely in focus, but there's just something about this shot.

I had a tough time picking a shot from this night. The lighting was perfect, and Mike is very photogenic.
When Mike Love looks right at you with that smile, of course, you smile back! This may have been my favourite show of the year. Watch for my "Moments and Memories" post. This show will absolutely be there.

This photo was by far the biggest challenge of the year. I knew it was coming (Toronto wasn't the first tour stop). There were no second chances. You picked a setting, and you hoped. From pitch black to full out lights with Thomas shooting out of the floor. I held my breath and hoped. Got it.
