Utah – God’s country. It’s beautiful out there.

We spent a couple days driving through southern Utah and a chunk of Arizona. We hit up 3 national parks in 3 days: Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Arches National Park in Moab. It was the first time that most of us had been to that region of the US. It was majestic.
We lucked out with regards to weather. Instead of the typical scorching 110-degree heat, it was a balmy 90. We just happened to visit during a wet spell, which cooled everything off. Cooler temperatures definitely made our outdoor excursions a lot more enjoyable.

We hit up Zion and Bryce Canyon on the same day. It was hot and sunny in Zion, but by the time we got to the trails in Bryce, it had started to rain.

In Arizona, we went to Horseshoe Bend. It was crazy windy out there. Our friend Kristal nearly lost her hat to the canyon, but it miraculously blew back up to her!

One of the most beautiful sites was through Antelope Canyon. We ended up with crazy sand all over ourselves (in our ears, hair, clothes), but it was worth it.

In Moab, we took a tour where we repelled down two cliffs. I can check that off my life list now!

Hopefully one day we will get to go back and explore those parks more in depth. And in the meantime, we have pictures to look back on!
