For the past few years, my cousin and I, the only Patriots fans, take the drive up to Boston to watch our favorite football team play on home field. Having gone to school in Rhode Island, I always love getting away to this favorite city of mine, and each time up here, I’m reminded of how charming New England really is. As you can see from pictures of my past trips here and here.
I hadn’t taken night photos since high school, so it was interesting editing these images and seeing what I was able to capture of Quincy Market once the sun went down. This trip made me nostalgic for the days living in New England, going to college, and experiencing some very happy memories with friends. It was nice that with a phone call or text, I’m still able to see long time friends whenever I come up. It’s even better when they work at Foxwoods and I get to see them during my annual trip to watch the Patriots play. Whenever I visit, a different memory about a place makes me realize how much I love this area, and should visit more often.
