Jean-Jacques Moros won the 2011 Transe-Gaule racesetting a new record by completing the 18 stages in 95:42:47.
First lady was Carmen Hildebrand who finished 5th overall in 109:39:14.
Consistent running meant that the first five mens positions didnt change after the first day and there were 36 finishers out of the 45 starters including American runner Don Winkley – the recent winner of the Vol-State race.
