Reef Entertainment has been turning one of my all-time favorite movies into pure crap. They have released a reveal trailer for its’ upcoming FPS, ’Rambo: The Video Game’, which shows why it would fail miserably as a video game.
The game was developed by a Polish studio named Teyon, with a story based on the first 3 Rambo movies. The trailer shows-off some gameplay action and environments. Sadly, they don’t look good. First of all, the Rambo in this game looks a bit weird. I’m not sure if they have decided to make him look like a polish guy or something but he sure doesn’t look like Sly Stallone. Gameplay and graphics make the game look like it’s made in the early 2000′s.
When adapting an epic movie like Rambo into a game, they should’ve picked a better developer and at least they should have tried to do it a little bit differently than following the exact story from the movies.
Rambo: The Video Game arrives for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in winter 2013.
