The first new Leftfield album in nearly 16 years will arrive in June 2015, and will be titled 'Alternative Light Source'. As with previous Leftfield albums, the LP will feature a number of guest vocalists, including Channy Leaneagh (Poliça), Ofei, Tunde Adebimpe (TV On The Radio) and Sleaford Mods. From it here is the fine 'Universal Everything'.
Following the seminal 1995 LP 'Leftism' and its 1999 follow-up 'Rhythm And Stealth', the duo of Matt Barnes and Paul Daley went their separate ways in 2002, but Barnes revived Leftfield in 2010 and after touring the globe, began work on a new set of Leftfield tracks. The album's release comes two decades after 'Leftism'.
