As you all know, I am obsessed with wearing Leggings. They're comfy and stretchy and are fashionable, they don't feel heavy and they're super affordable. I love leggings! why wouldn't you like them? Anyways, I'm kinda rambling (again!).
Because I love leggings so much, I really need some chic tops to wear with them.
Off I went to Simply Be's website and had a look at some of the latest collection and here are my top picks!
This top is a pink nude with a floral pattern and a pocket on the top left side. There is a pink sheer panel at the top and at the bottom of this top aswell. I think this has the comfort of wearing a t-shirt but glam enough to go a day shopping with the girls.
I teamed the top with my black blazer (also from Simply Be - a genuine coincidence!) and I really think this smartens the outfit without looking too 'working girl'.
I wore my hair half up, because I didn't want my hair to cover the sheer panel at the top. Why have gorgeous detailing and then you hide it with your hair!?
Next up is this blue flocked top which is really oversized! Normally this isn't so oversized, but I got this in a bigger size than I actually am to make this oversized which I think is perfect for Spring time. I wore this over the top of a black camisole to add some length and also to give some extra coverage. I think this is actually a really nice color and the fact that it's a bit big on me makes it easy to wear and super comfortable.
This top is orange and I think this could be my favorite of the three. I like the fact that the hemline is dipped at each side rather than at the back or to the front. The top is completely sheer but came with a matching camisole to wear underneath. The sleeves are 3/4 length and I just think this top is super flattering. The fact that this is a bright orange makes this perfect for Spring/Summer and I think it goes perfectly with my leggings.
I tend not to wear too many accessories with this top because I really want the hemline to be the focal point of the piece.
