Then I realized that I’d not only written an article entitled “Actions of Account”  back in A.D. 2009, but that I’d also written another two dozen articles about the same concept and even had a “Category” on my blog entitled “Actions of Account”.

(Y’know, if I could remember everything I’ve ever written, I’d be a truly dangerous man.  As it is, however, I have trouble remembering anything over three days.  That doesn’t bother me.  It’s always been like that.  Without the burden of absolute recall, I can kinda look at everything each with “fresh eyes” and sometimes see things in a new way.)

In any case, on tonight’s radio show, I plan to refresh my mind and those of my audience on the subject of Actions of Account.  I had a very high opinion of the importance of concept five years ago.  We’ll see if my opinion is still as high today.

Depending on how many calls I take and how things run, I may also talk about the concepts of “outlawry” (which I’ve only begun to research, but have not yet written about), traffic tickets and the venue of “this state”.
