On my way to the Blue Bottle Coffee, I spotted The Filling Station at the Chelsea Market. They sell a succulent Balamic Vinegar Espresso, which I drank like a restrained Ristretto, letting it roll throughout my mouth – salad-less. Just a tiny test cup of coffee vinegar and it felt like a shot of a great spirited distilled drink
